Refund policy
We hope you love your Woven Culture grip socks. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Requesting a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Be in its original packaging and condition

Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
3. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a new size or colour is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for Gift cards.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll replace or refund the item as appropriate.
